Enjoy your summer holidays in Grohote apartments at island Solta. Charming 3-star apartments surrounded with untouched nature and fresh air with magnificent view on the island. These prices are TOTAL per apartment, no extra charges. It is possible to book at least 5 days in mid and high season. In low season any booking is possible.

PRICE INCLUDE: private shaded parking on our estate, bed sheets and towels, cutlery and cooking utensils, final cleaning, accommodation tax, electricity and water expenses.
Welcome gift containing small packages of home made olive oil, honey and Mediterranean spices is also included.
Besides of these basic needs, in order for you to feel welcome and feel the local hospitality, we will pick you up from the port to your apartment and offer you a welcome drink.
SPECIAL OFFER:
All guests who book a stay of at least 7 days we will prepare a traditional Dalmatian meal of choice free of charge.
All guests who book a stay of at least 10 days, besides of the free meal, will be provided with a free boat tour to a bay of your choice.
Check in is at 16:00h and check out is at 10:00h.
RESERVATION: Reservation of the apartment is confirmed after a deposit of 20% of the price of arrangement has been transferred to our account. In case the booking is cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival, the deposit is fully reimbursed no matter the reason of cancellation. For a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 50% of deposit is reimbursed. The rest of the price of the agreed rent is payable in cash only within 24 hours of arrival in the apartment. In case of a premature departure, we charge 75% of the price for the days in which the apartment was not used.
