Price includes: tourist (sojourn) tax, AIR condition, WLAN internet, private parking, spare bed linen, towels, water and electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery, other home belongings and a final cleaning service on the departure day.

Check in 16:00 (4PM). Check out 10:00 (10AM).

Reservation: Reservation is confirmed after the deposit of 20% (min.100 €) of the total amount is received. If you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded, if cancellation is at least 45 days prior to check-in date. And even within 45 days, if we are able to rent cancelled apartment, we'll refund your deposit in full, even if cancellation is just a day or two before the scheduled arrival date (but please let us know soon as possible). Balance of the payment is accepted only in cash, no later than 48 hours after your arrival, and for all period agreed in our e-mail correspondence.
